About Zelis

Enroll in ePayments with Clearinghouse Data Delivery.

 

I already receive electronic payments through Zelis.


Zelis offers flexible payment options to allow you the freedom to get paid in the way that works for you.


ACH+ is a fee-based option for receiving your payments via direct deposit that will provide you with access to the Payments Portal, a single secure platform to manage electronic claim payments and data from a network of 450+ payers.


Already enrolled for ACH+ with Zelis? – If you are already enrolled with Zelis and have selected a Clearinghouse then you do not need to take any action with Zelis to add new payers. You will just need to ensure that the appropriate enrollments are completed with your Clearinghouse for each Payer/TIN/NPI.


If you need to update your Clearinghouse election, you may do so by updating your provider settings on our portal at provider.zelispayments.com or by calling us at (877) 828-8770 between the hours of 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST Monday - Friday. If you wish to utilize multiple Clearinghouses, you will need to contact Zelis to map data delivery by Payer.

 

Portal ERA Enrollment

  • If you already have a Zelis Payments Provider Portal account, Click Here.
  • Login with your username and password. Contact your office’s administrator if you need assistance with logging in, to setup a new user account, or if you do not have the 'SETTINGS' tab visible.
  • Once logged in, click 'SETTINGS'. Choose 'ERA Delivery' and update your ERA Delivery contact information.
  • You will be asked to select your remit delivery method.
    • Step 1. Choose 'Clearinghouse'
    • Step 2. Select your clearinghouse from the drop-down menu.
    • Step 3. Click 'Save'

If your organization is working with a Zelis implementation specialist or a dedicated Account Manager, please direct any questions or configuration changes directly to them.


Already enrolled for Virtual Credit Cards with Zelis? – ERA delivery to a Clearinghouse is included, you can enable ERA delivery by updating your provider settings on our portal at provider.zelispayments.com or by calling us at (877) 828-8770 between the hours of 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST Monday - Friday.
